There are two Retangular cut-stone graves where William Pink Hudson & wife Julia was buried. Elizabeth is most likely buried in the other. Since that time, many families used the cemetery to bury their relatives. There are many Native Rock Markers which can't be identified.
The name of the Cemetery was not known, but one of the Fites said he thought it was Fox-Langford, so we used that name.
Later a lady came to the DCGS looking for a Hudson Cemetery, and the description suggested that it was the same as the Fox-Langford, so we changed the name to Fox-Langford aka Hudson.
It is a retired cemetery since no burials have been made there since Obadiah Fite, who died in 1925.
From a distant the cemetery appears as a clump of trees on a hillside meadow. Walnut trees, a Hickory Tree and various other trees can be found there, and the squirrels play and the birds sing. The Fite Family restored their family stones, and I, Berne Tefertiller restored and made new stones for our Families.
We are searching for further information on the families buried, and also for someone to help maintain & care for this sacred plot of land.
