A resident and native of Walker she died at 9:28 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, 1997, at her residence. She was 71.

Visiting at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and after 11 a.m. Sunday. Religious services at the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. Sunday, conducted by the Rev. Wayne G. Young. Interment in Palmetto Cemetery.

Survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Ronald Gerald and Yoko Facundus; and two grandchildren, Jason Randall Facundus and Bryan Matthew Facundus.

Preceded in death by spouses, Sidney Elgean Facundus and Thomas J. Traigle; parents, Samuel Torrence and Pearl Hand Watson; a sister, Beatrice Evelyn Beckham; and a brother, Stanley "Dick" Watson.

She was a member of Walker Baptist Church.
