The Otahuhu Catholic Cemetery is located at the southern end of the Otahuhu township and opposite McCauley College. It is a block over from St Joseph's Catholic Church and located on the southern side of Auckland city.

Burial records are kept at the Parish Office. However, prior to the 1940s they are not entirely complete. Some pages in the record book are completely blank. The earliest death date on a headstone is 1861 (E P Bolton). A majority of the first Otahuhu settlers in 1848 were Royal New Zealand Fencibles and their families, some of them are buried in the cemetery. There are several memorials to soldiers who served in WWI.

The cemetery is often in an overgrown state which makes viewing the headstones difficult.
