The earliest date on a marker is that of Matilda (Chapdelaine) Robidoux who died July 22, 1929. At the south end of row 4 is a large iron cross, forged par Mathias Berard (Source: Manitoba Genealogical Society [Adapted])
Dominion Land Survey coordinates: LSD05-19-06-04-E1
In the Village of Otterburne, in the Rural Municipality of De Salaberry
A part of the story of the town and its inhabitants from the early days of European settlement through roughly 1984 is told in French in the volume "Otterburne - Hier... Aujourd'hui". A digital version of this and many other Manitoba local history books can be found online in the University of Manitoba Digital Collections. There is also a list of such books organized by district and town name on the Manitoba Historical Society's website on their page entitled "Finding Aid: Manitoba Local History Books".
A list of burials in this cemetery is available from the Manitoba Genealogical Society, as transcribed by members in 1989 and updated in 2001.
