On April 2, 1961 Lafayette Dunbar and his wife Elmira deeded these two acres to be used as a PUBLIC BURIAL GROUND. forever to E.H. Hill, Henry Achey and Sylvester Armstrong and their successors in office. for the sum of 25 cents. If that land was used for any other purpose it was to revert to the heirs of the Dunbars.
