British Prime Minister. He served as Prime Minister of Great Britain from 1902 to 1905. He later served as British Foreign Secretary during much of World War I (1916 to 1919). In 1917 he issued what became known as the "Balfour Declaration", which stated British claim for the establishment of a Jewish Zionists home state in Palestine even though Jewish British Parliaments called that a clear colonialism idea and didnt agree with it. It became a lynchpin in British policy and actions that eventually resulted in the creation of the nation of Israel that created the Arab Israeli conflict until now.
