Actor. He was born in Madrid and died in Bailén (Jaén). His real name was Manuel Gómez López de la Osa. He debuted on stage in 1939 as dancer in the play Las de Villadiego. He was specialized in comedic roles and triumphed with Las Dos Virginias and Devuélvame Mi Señora in the 50s. In 1951, he debuted on screen with the film "Habitación para Tres." From this moment he developed a long career in cinema and television, but never he left the stage. On screen, he is best remembered for films such as "El Día de los Enamorados" (1959), "Tres de la Cruz Roja" (1961), "Escuela de Seductoras" (1962), "Lola, Espejo Oscuro" (1965), "Las Que Tienen Que Servir" (1967), "Una Vez al Año Ser Hippy No Hace Daño" (1967) and "Casa Flora" (1972). On television, he appeared in Animales Racionales. He worked on stage until the 80s, playin in La Sopera, a personal hit, La Venganza de Don Mendo, La Señora Presidenta, La Decente, Barba Azul y Sus Mujeres and La Extraña Pareja. He was awarde with the Gold Medal of Fine Arts for his work.
