Jurist. Judge for the Supreme Court of Canada. The Hon. Albert Killam was a provincial Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) representing Winnipeg South provincially, before becoming a jurist and, ultimately, the first ever Western judge on the bench of the Supreme Court of Canada. He served there for two years before becoming the Chairman of the Canadian Railway Comission until his death.
