Shneider also acted in the 1986 film, "Spiker", and had a number of small television roles. She also performed as a musician in a number of minor bands. The most notable of these was the pop group "Eleven," in which she was the keyboardist and vocalist. Another group she performed with at one stage was "The Queens of the Stone Age." She was the wife of "Eleven" band mate Alain Johannes.
