She was a daughter of Ollie Sr and Pinkie Manson Meade. She was a graduate of Aliquippi HS and attended Cheney State University and Ohio State University. She was a registered nurse.
She and her husband owned Brewer's Personal Care Home in Cleveland. She was a talented cook and baker and enjoyed catering. She was a national officer of Ices Cake Club.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Harold Brewer.
She was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Ollie Jr, Kenneth, Leonard and Rev. Melvin Meade, 2 sisters, Virginia "Jenny" Harris and Maria Lopez.
