Journalist. He won a Peabody Award in 1970 for his coverage of the war in Jordan, and on November 22, 1963, he was riding in the motorcade of President John F. Kennedy, when he was shot and killed in Dallas, Texas. Appeared in the films, "Windmills Of The Gods" (1988), and "Memories Of Midnight" (1991).
