Richard Boundy was the son of John Boundy and Emma Marshall Boundy and born between 1845 and 1848 in England. He married first Mary nee Sterling on Nov 17, 1863, she was the daughter of John & Margaret Sterling. Richard and Mary had two children. He married 2nd Elizabeth Welch on April 5th 1875 they had one son and adopted one daughter.
