Robin Sheri Cross Amos, 47, of Scottsville, died on Saturday, September 10, 2011, at her home.
She was born on March 17, 1964, in Bryan, Texas, a daughter of Catherine Rutter Cross and the late Roy Wayne Cross. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Ronnie Cross, Wayne Cross and Kevin Cross.
Robin worked as a Registered Nurse at Martha Jefferson Hospital for over 25 years. She attended Centenary United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her mother; two daughters, Catilyn Amos and Christyn Amos of Buckingham; three brothers, Tim Cross of Missouri, Jeff Cross of Scottsville and Greg Lacy of Laurel, Maryland; a sister, Linda Lacy Fitzgerald of Fluvanna; and a number of nieces and nephews.
The family received friends Tuesday, September 13, 2011, at Thacker Brothers Funeral Home in Scottsville. A memorial service was held at a later date.
