DALE, S.C. - Jessie Blue, 64, died June 7 at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
He was born in Beaufort County and was educated in the Beaufort County public schools. He was a truck driver for Coastal Concrete for many years.
SURVIVORS: his wife, Betty Blue of Dale; two daughters, Tracye Blue of Dale and Arleen Smalls of Augusta, Ga.; five sons, Harold Corbitt of Cottonwood, Ala., Anthony Corbitt of Atlanta, Leroy Williams of Sheldon, Reggie and Kevin Blue, both of Dale; three adopted daughters, Krystal, Diamond and Carmen Bell, all of Dale; two brothers, James Blue of Jersey City, N.J., and Curtis Ferguson of Jenkins; a sister, Nancy Singleton of Dale; two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and an uncle.
FUNERAL: 1 p.m. Friday at Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Dale, burial in the church cemetery.
