Daughter of John N Morrow and Mary E Small. Granddaughter of James McKnight Morrow and Mary Lemmonds both born in South Carolina, married about 1818 and moved to Logan Co., Kentucky where they raised a family. Anna Sarah's great grandparents were James M Morrow and Susannah Watson both buried in the Old Six Mile Cemetery, Indian Land, Lancaster, South Carolina. Anna and Aubrey Barksdale had one daughter and four sons.
