Mickey was a life resident of Marion. He was an Eastbrook Junior High School student, having completed the eighth grade.
He was a member of the Goldwing Riders Association for two years and attended Fairmount Pilgrim Holiness Church in Fairmount, Indiana with his sister.
Mickey liked to ride his dirt bike and do other various outdoor activities, as well as play games and he also liked sports. One of my memories of him was when we made Kool-Aid at his house and we didn't think it was sweet enough so he filled half the glass with sugar. Then he went in his drawer in his bedroom and found clothes he didn't like and flushed them down the toilet! My sister and I taught him how to play Monopoly and we'd all play for hours.
When Mickey left, he left behind his father, Sandy, of Marion, his mother, Diana, Russellville, AL;, his sister, Kristy Lemon, in Fairmount, Indiana, a half sister, Hailey Hollins in Russellville, AL, his paternal grandfather, Norman, in Converse, Indiana, his paternal grandmother, Elsie Miller, in Marion, and maternal grandmother Eleanor Payne, also residing in Marion.
