As a resident of Bay City for 46 years Mrs. Anderson had taught at the elementary schools for 28 years, retiring in 1967. At the time of her retirement she was honored by her former students and faculty members.
Mrs. Anderson was the widow of the late Ira T. Anderson of Bay City and is survived by a son in Houston and one brother.
Mrs. Anderson was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and in lieu of customary remembrances, the family has asked that contributions be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Bay City.
