Flowers left for Harrison Havens
8/20/1916 Obituary (Sunday) --News of the death of H.E. Havens, formerly a prominent figure in Oklahoma City and a member of the territorial senate in 1895, was received here yesterday. He was 73/79 years old and had lived in Cuba for the past ten years. A son, Fred Havens, bookkeeper for the Provident association, lives here. The late Mr. Havens came to Oklahoma City in 1892. Previous to that time he had been a member of the national house of representatives from the Springfield, Mo., district. He was a lawyer, but at different times engaged in the newspaper work. He was the founder of the Enid Eagle. He leaves a wife and three sons, Fred Havens of this city, had not been told of his father's death until yesterday, when E.E.
