I have been working on genealogy and family history off and on for the past 26 years, but have only recently discovered what fantastic resources the internet has to offer. While I expect it will be a long process, I hope to be able to honor those who have passed and perhaps help connect those who are still around.
I'd like to thank my husband and kids for their participation in this account. It's a great joy to me to see the younger generation take an interest in learning about and preserving the past.
I'd also like to thank all others who share in our family research. I have quite an amazing extended family out there.
And much regards to the great findagrave photo voluteers, memorial sponsers and all who take the time to visit & donate flowers and cards. You folks rock!!!
I dedicate this page to my Granddaddy Samuel D Reynolds Sr. whose initial family tree research from 1955 gave me a wonderful starting point.
While I have a family trees and information on another genealogy sites, I'm especially pleased with this site for it's accessability, lovely memorials and the ability to send virtual flowers & notes.
A brief note to researchers:
I have two types of memorial entries.
FAMILY & FRIENDS:All of theses entries have surnames and maiden names listed in uppercase letters. These are people of whom I may have information to share. Please feel free to email.
TRANSCRIPTIONS:I also transcribe cemeteries or sections of cemeteries I visit. This is my way of "giving back" and helping other researchers. Surnames are in standard case. In these cases, the information entered is all I have available.
