Thank you to all who have visited my profile & the memorials of my loved ones!

Here's a poem that has helped myself & my daughter through the death of a loved one:

"TO THOSE I LOVE & THOSE WHO LOVE ME"

When I am gone, release me, let me go.
I have so many things to see and do.
You mustn't tie yourself to me with tears,
Be happy that we had so many years.

I gave you my love, you can only guess
How much you gave to me in happiness.
I thank you for the love you have shown
But now it's time I travel on alone.
So grieve awhile for me, if grieve you must
Then let your grief be comforted by trust.

It's only for a little while that we must part,
So bless the memories within your heart.
I won't be far away, for life goes on.
So if you need me, call and I will come.
Though you can't see or touch me, I'll be near.
And if you listen with your heart you'll hear
All of my love around you soft and dear.

And then, when you must come this way alone
I'll greet you with a smile and "Welcome Home."

I have something to get off my chest. Something bothers me about this website. Whomever posts a memorial first on here is the one that gets to stay. It's NOT FAIR at all! People who lose a loved one aren't thinking straight & are grieving. It will take a lot of time before they are ready to make a memorial on here. For example, after my half brother died in 2015, I was naturally upset. A few months or so after his death, I logged on here & made a very nice memorial for him, along with some nice photos. Well, unfortunately we have vultures in this area who comb through the local paper & as soon as someone dies, they hurry up & post memorials for them, even though they don't even know the deceased person! One of these jackals saw my half brother's obituary in the paper & made a memorial for him with very little info & one photo that was in the paper. The nice memorial I made for him was deleted by this website! I am very upset over this & I think the family member's memorial is the one that should stay! >:(
