Bio

I live in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. I have enjoyed traveling and visiting cemeteries in Canada and the U.S.

It's very rewarding to fulfill photo requests, and I'm always interested in knowing where other Find A Grave members are from and a little bit about them.
For the first 15 years as a Find A Grave member, I used a public name, Donna Von, from the small Saskatchewan town where I grew up (Donavon) as the eldest child in the Elliott household. Maternal family names include
Anderson and Riddell. My father's mother was a Stark from Cornwall England, with Keast further up the English tree. My husband's family are Deis from the Vibank area and Liutvinskas from Edenwold.

I've been interested in photography since I was a child. Photographing headstones and plaques can sometimes present challenges in making sure they can be read. My Photoshop skills have been handy for cropping, optimizing file sizes, lightening images for clarity. My checklist for cemetery visits grows longer, but a brush is the biggest essential (next to a camera phone).

I am happy to transfer memorial pages to relatives.
