Just someone hooked on family research - I transcribe records for a genealogical society as a volunteer, have been working on the death register for a few years. I lovingly call them, and those family members I'm researching, "my dead people" - I like that by doing this work these people live on.

Since I don't live near where my ancestors/relatives are I have found this site very interesting and helpful.
