STAFFORD - Lloyd "Bud" Hull, 87, died Nov. 1, 2012, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center, Wichita. Born Feb. 12, 1925, he was the son of Leslie and Dora Hull.
He was a WW II veteran serving with the US Navy. In 2011, he had the privilege to take the Honor Flight to Washington D.C. and visit the WW II Memorial. He referred to this as a "trip of a lifetime". He attended the Stafford United Methodist Church and was a member of the Kilwinning Masonic Lodge #265 of Pratt. He was a member of the Pratt Community College football team.

He married Betty McManaman. She died in 1979. He then married Wanda McIntyre and she also preceded him in death. Bud is survived by: his daughter, Barbara Sewing and her husband Kenny of Stafford; stepchildren, Regan Fortney and Randy (Linda) McIntyre; grandchildren, Scott (Amy) Glaves, Brian (Kim) Glaves, Amie Glaves, Andrew Glaves, Ashley (Tyler) Miller, Bradley (Chrys) Fortney, Patrick (Sara) McIntyre and Joanna (Brandon) Roeder; great grandchildren, Brigham, Brady, Maggie, Addison, Porter and Abbigal; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Prai and his son, Stephen.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at Minnis Chapel, Stafford with Reverend Amy Slater presiding. Burial will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Greenlawn Cemetery, Pratt. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Minnis Chapel, Stafford. Memorials may be sent to the Stafford Methodist Church Step Restoration Fund in care of the chapel.
