William A. Kring was 72 and lived on East Mulberry Street in Kokomo. He was a retired farmer. He died in St. Joseph Hospital after a several day stay (Tuesday - Saturday). He was born in Dark (sic - Darke) County, Ohio. The family moved to Howard County approximately 1884. He married Emma Shrock (died and buried next to him) on 15 December 1898. They had three children: Oren(preceded him in death), Paul of Muncie (later Florida, died ?), and Carol (died 1991) of Kokomo. Seven grandchildren survive him. Also survived by two brothers, Frank and Edd (both deceased and buried in the same cemetery) of Kokomo.
