Martin J. McShea, 101, of Royal Oak, MI, passed away July 23, 2006. Born Feb. 3, 1905 in Chicago, IL. Husband of the late Cecilia McShea (1989); father of Elaine T. (Donald) Crumrine of West Bloomfield, MI; grandfather of David Crumrine and Kathleen Knowles; great-grandfather of Stephanie Knowles. Lived in Royal Oak, MI for 27 years. Former resident of Chicago. Retired in 1970 from the Chicago Tribune Circulation Department after 48 years of service. Founded a Moose Club in Chicago and was a Pilgrim in the Moose. Active in senior activities at the Royal Oak Manor. In state Wednesday 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Royal Oak, MI. Rev. Thomas Villerot officiating. Interment St. Mary Cemetery, Chicago, IL. Memorials to Karmanos Cancer Institute, 4100 John R, Detroit, MI 48201. Arrangements by Wm.
