Mildred (DiCioccio) Giano of Burlington passed away on Monday. She was 99.

She was a lifelong Burlington resident who worked as a seamstress for Burlington Dress Factory for 40 years.

She was a founding member and active with First Christian Assembly Church in Burlington.

She was preceded in death by her son, Louis Jr. and husband, Louis J. Sr.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Donald D. Giano (Barbara), Thomas Giano (Deborah); eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, her siblings: Rebecca Natale, James DiCioccio and many nieces and nephews.

The family invites friends to her visitation and funeral. Visitation and funeral will be held in First Christian Assembly, 1105 High St., Burlington on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. with her funeral beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Burlington.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to First Christian Assembly.
