Grandmom and Uncle Tony were born the same day exactly four years apart.Grandmom married my grandfather at the age of 16 and together they had 9 children.Her first born daughter Annamae is buried in an unmarked grave right next to her.Grandmom's children are besides Aunt Annamae who died as an infant(10/31/1930 to 04/08/1931):Margaret Virginia Bair of New Jersey, Jean Doris Maurone(deceased March 2,2007) of New Jersey, Louise Bemesderfer-Barth of New Jersey, Louis Warrick Vennell Jr. of New Jersey(deceased 06/11/2010), Katherine Bakley of Maryland(deceased March 2011), Mabel Uron of New Jersey, Alvin Vennell(deceased October 2010)of Mission,Texas and Edgar Davis Vennell of California(deceased December 2005).
Granny, as I used to call her also had at the time of her death, 32 grandchildren, and 36 great-grandchildren. Many more great-greats have been born since she passed away and her spirit lives on in the ones who loved her dearly.
