Lester E. Fudge, 61, of 4333 Ocean Beach Highway, Longview, died March 22 in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 12, 1905 in Kansas.
He lived in Longview for a year, coming here from Skamokawa. He was a memner of the Longview Methodist Church.
Surviving are his widow, Rita; a son, David, at home; three daughters, Mrs. Della Winans of Alexandria, WA, Mrs. Karren Fox of Portland, and Miss Emma Jo Fudge of Seattle; two brothers, Andrew Fudge of Cathlamet, and Raleigh Fudge; four sisters, Mrs. Gladys Fratus of Miami, FL, Mrs. Jo Weidman of San Martino, CA, Mrs. Lea Barber of Portland, and Mrs. Lou Siemers of Aptos, CA; and one grandchild.
Services will be at 1 pm Saturday at his church with Rev. Wendell Cone officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Cathlamet.
