AT PALO ALTO HOME
Mrs. Olive Stokes of 411 Kipling St., Palo Alto resident for 35 years, died this morning following a long illness.
Mrs. Stokes made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Ada Michener. She was also the mother of Mrs. Nell Dougan of Palm Springs, Homer Stokes of Modesto, Ivan Stokes of Frazeysburg, Ohio, and of the late Blanch Leggett.
She is survived by 17 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Stokes, a native of Keith, Ohio, was the aunt of C. E. Foreman of Dexter City, Ohio. She was a member of the Methodist Church of Palo Alto.
Friends are invited to attend funeral services Monday at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Roller & Hapgood, 980 Middlefield Rd. Interment will be in Alta Mesa Memorial Park.
