Mr. Waggoner died Thursday at a local hospital.
A native of Birmingham, he was a member of West End Methodist Church. Before his retirement, he was employed by Southern Railway.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. E.F. Scheinert of Birmingham and Mrs. W. D. Palmer, Jr. of Orlando, Fla.; two brothers, W. Farrell Waggoner of Birmingham and Raymond Waggoner of Detroit, Mich., and a sister, Mrs. Grady C. Curlee of Birmingham.
