Ada S. Caudill died on Sunday, January 11, 1998 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Health Care Center.
Ada was the daughter of the late Marion E. and Fannie Maggard Hensley. She was 77 years, 5 months and 22 days of age at the time of her death.
She was a member of the Doty Creek Old Regular Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Caudill and by a son, Lowell C. Caudill.
Survivors include sons: Larry Caudill of Jeffersonville, Indiana; Harold Caudill of Virgie; Glenn Caudill of London and Kirby Caudill of Dorton; one daughter, Patsy Parks, of Jeremiah, 14 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, along with many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Ada S. Caudill were conducted from the Doty Creek Old Regular Baptist Church on Tuesday, January 13, 1998 at 12 noon.
The officiating ministers were Murl Caudill and Claren Williams, while family members and friends served as pallbearers.
Burial took place in the Hampton Cemetery at Jeremiah, Kentucky.
Letcher Funeral Home of Whitesburg, Kentucky was in charge of the arrangements.
