In loving memory of Pearl Sophia Essex who passed away December 8, 2012 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 85 years. She was born in Vienna, GA on May 25, 1927 to the late George and Louise (Bryson) Amyotte. She is survived by her husband, Carl G. Essex, a daughter Kathryn (Brian) Reynolds, a step-son Rick (Linda) Essex, a step-daughter Susan (Hubert) Stoffel, a brother Ray Amyotte, 9 grandchildren: Alicia, Matthew, Rebecca, Katelyn, Krissy, Patric, Beth, Chris and Sabine, and 5 great grandchildren: Matthew, Samanthia, Katelyn, Michael and Kenzie. The family will receive friends at Penzien-Steele Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 from 5 to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Private burial will be at Floral Gardens Cemetery.
