Mary Zalewski was the beloved mother of Clemense, Joseph John "Uncle Babe," Dorothy and Lorraine Gaffke. Her parents were August Zalewski and Frances Klonowaka. Her daughter, Lorraine Jorgensen, purchased a new head stone for her from Raubar Granite Company on September 22, 1986. On the right corner is a cross and engraving of Mary. It is 24 x 12 x 4 and Elberton Gray. Mary married Joseph Gaffke on January 12, 1915. After his death, she remarried, James Conway.
