Stanley was born in McWilliams PA the son of Charles S. and Sarah I (Sivering) Reichard. Stanley and Freeda were married for 64 years. He was a veteran of U.S. army during World War II. They moved to Anderson in 1950. Prior to oving Anderson in 1950. Prior to moving to Anderson in 1950. Prior to moving to Anderson he had been a glass machine operator for Knox Glass and Owens-Illinois for 8 years. He retired in 1981 fro production at Delco Remy after working there for 31 years.
