He lived at 1006 McDowell Ave. Chester. Mr. Rager was a member of Chester Masonic Lodge 236, the fraternal Order of Eagles Chester Aerie 159, the Sun Ship Trowel club and the Polish American Eagles Club. He is survived by his widow the former Helen M. Casey; one daughter, Mrs. Ralph Hamilton of Garden City; two brothers Ranzel and Winfield, both of Milroy, Pa.; four grandchildren. Services will be 10 a.m. Tues day in the John L. Clancy funeral home, 9th and Upland Sts., Chester. Burial will be in Edgewood Memorial Park. Calling hours will be Monday evening in the funeral home
