The funeral of Ole Hanson, who died from the injuries which he received when he fell down from his barn, was held Tuesday August 4, and was largely attended.
Mr. Hanson was one of our oldest members of the Gjerpen congregation and was highly respected and honored by all who knew him.
The six sons-in-law served as pallbearers. They were; Albert Larson, Oscar Larson, Albert Hanson, Peter Mason, Monroe Halveorson and Hiram Pederson.
A few near relatives of Chicago and Manitowoc attended the funeral.
