He was preceded in death by his father, McKinley Allen.
He is survived by his wife, Geneva Allen; mother, Helen J. Allen; daughter, Terry Allen; son, William K. Allen Jr.; and host of other relatives.
Homegoing celebration is 1 p.m. Thursday at Second Elam Baptist Church, 15601 Cooks Mill Rd., Lanexa, Va., with interment in the church cemetery.
