Victoria was the youngest of five children born to James and Eliza Caroline (Gunn) Bone. She was the 2nd wife of Henry Leander Morrison, married 1896.

Mrs. Victoria Bone Morrison, aged 67, died Saturday at the home of her sister, Mrs. Sue Hill. Death came after several years of ill health and suffering.
Mrs. Morrison was a daughter of the late James Bone of Iredell county. Besides her sister, Mrs. Hill, with whom she resided at the time of her death, she leaves four step-daughters, Miss Jennie Morrison of Statesville; Miss Minnie Morrison of Winston-Salem; Mrs. W. C. Perry, of Barium Springs; Mrs. Sallie McRee, of Winston-Salem, and one step-son, R. L. Morrison, of Mooresville.
