She married Eli Adams, 1787-1872, son of John, Sr. and Eleanor (Worland) Adams and a native of Hagerstown, MD, in 1811 in Maryland (perhaps in Washington County, MD). Amelia and Eli were the parents of: James Bowles Adamas, 1812-xxx; John Berry Adams, 1813-1841; Josephus Adams, 1815-1891, who is buried at St. Ivo Cemetery, near Simmstown, Marion County, KY; Eleanor (Adams) Robey, 1817-xxxx; and Susan Maria (Adams) Jackson, 1823-xxxx. This family resided on a farm in the Pleasant Run community on the Simmstown Road in Marion County, near the abandoned St. Ivo's Catholic Cemetery, where many of the Adams family are buried.
