BAREBO, Ronald L., 74, of Tullahoma, went to be with the Lord on Monday, Sept. 25, 2006, at Harton Regional Medical Center. He was a Christian and loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He faithfully attended the Church of God (Anderson, Ind.) and the Nazarene Church throughout his lifetime. Mr. Barebo was born in St. Louis, Mo., and moved to Middle Tennessee in 1959. He lived with his family in Manchester and Tullahoma. For many years he was involved with the Little League and Babe Ruth Baseball programs in both cities. Mr. and Mrs. Barebo were Salvation Army bell ringers, delivered Meals on Wheels and helped in the Horseplay Inc. program. Mr. Barebo was also a volunteer at the Staggerwing Museum. In 2000 he and his wife moved to Hixson. After his wife?s death in 2002 he returned to Tullahoma in early 2004. He served in the Air Force as a navigator on an air refueling tanker for three years after receiving his wings and commission as a second lieutenant. He was a graduate of St. Louis University with a degree in aeronautical engineering and worked for more than 34 years for Sverdrup Technology at AEDC. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanine, and parents, Edgar and Claudia, and two brothers, Harold and Robert. He is survived by a son Mark, and wife Janet, of Mentor, Ohio; granddaughter, Madison, of Phoenix, Ariz.; son Eric and granddaughter Olivia, of Greensboro, N.C.; twin brother, Donald, of Clearfield, Utah; many nephews and nieces and great-nephews and nieces. Visitation with the family will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, Sept. 27, at Tullahoma Funeral Home, where funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 28, with Rev. Elbert Smith officiating. A graveside service will follow at 3 p.m. EST at Hamilton Memorial Gardens in Hixson. Tullahoma Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
