Theodore Tuley, Chicago, a brother of Judge M. F. Tuley, died yesterday morning at his residence, 5461 Ridgeway court. For seventeen years Mr. Tuley had been a policeman in Washington Park, during most of which time he was in charge of the tennis courts. He was popular with the young people and for years was arbiter of their disputes over the game. Mr. Tuley sought appointment as a policeman on account of his poor health, his physician recommending an outdoor life.
