She is survived by her daughter, Judith Konwinski; daughter-in-law, Mary Ellen Koelzer; 12 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Andrew Ryzack and Frances Rykala, step-mother Katherine Tomaszewski; siblings Mary Magdalene, Florian, step-sisters, Frances and Helen, step-brothers Francis Michael and Edward; husband Frank Koelzer, son F. James Koelzer and son-in-law Thomas Konwinski. Katherine and her husband were the original owners of Kay Pharmacy, where she enjoyed doing the bookwork for 53 years. She was a member St. Stephen Catholic Church as well as a charter member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She was an avid duplicate bridge player, a longtime member of the Women's City Club and a social member of the Elks.
