He married Eliza Kirkpatrick Warren, Nov. 13, 1848 in Vermillion Co., Indiana. Their children were Mary Maria and Alfred Franklin Beckett.
Alfred Beckett died from what was probably typhoid fever. He was 47 years, 4 Months and 20 days.
