End Comes to Mrs. Catherine Sourwine After Long Illness
Mrs. Catherine Sourwine died Monday morning at her home on South Thirteenth street after an illness of a month. She was the widow of Bernard Sourwine and leaves five children, Charles Sourwine, Clarence Sourwine, Ben Sourwine, and George E. Sourwine, all of Burlington, and Mrs. Geo. E. Miller of Weaver, Ia.
Mrs. Sourwine, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Sauer, was born in Burlington August 18, 1849. In 1869 she married Bernard Sourwine and during her entire life she lived in Burlington.
Funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock Wednesday afternoon from the family home on Thirteenth street and interment will be in Aspen Grove.
