Mrs. Ida Bevels Stewart, aged 63 years, died at her home near Lincoln Wednesday morning March 22, 1939, after a lengthy illness. Funeral service was conducted at Rose Hill Cemetery Thursday afternoon by the Rev. Morris Land. Surviving are her husband, O. E. Stewart; two sons, George H. Stewart and A. G. Stewart; three sisters, Miss Mollie Bevels and Mrs. Arthur Stewart, both of Lincoln County, and Mrs. Jennie Sorrells of Huntsville, Alabama; one brother, Roy Bevels; and several grandchildren.
