Mrs. Theresa H. Schrimpf, 83, of Francis Creek, died Tuesday evening at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. Mrs. Schrimpf had been a patient in Holy Family Extended Care Facility for the past two and one half years.

Mrs. Schrimpf, nee Theresa Espen, was born June 20, 1891, in the Town of Kossuth, daughter of the late Nick and Theresa Antholtz Espen. She was married to Frank J. Schrimpf May 3, 1921, at St. Anna Catholic Church. The couple settled in the Francis Creek area. She was a member of Christian Mothers and Altar Society of St. Anne Church. Mr. Schrimpf preceded her in death April 11, 1958.

Survivors include three sons; two daughters; three grandchildren; and a great grandchild. Four brothers and a sister preceded her in death.

Friends may call at Saur Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Thursday and Friday until the time of service. A wake service and Rosary will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home by Father Haen, Christian Mothers Society, family andfriends.Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis Creek. Officiating at a concelebrated Mass will be the Revs. Raymond Schrimpfs (sic), S.D.S. and Reginald Schrimpf, S.D.S., sons of the Mrs. Schrimpf, and the Rev. John Haen (sic) with burial in the parish cemetery.
