CECILIA (CELE) B. BIRR

Cecilia (Cele) B. Birr, 85, of 2110 School St., Two Rivers, died Friday morning, July 16, at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Two Rivers. The Rev. James Stamborski and Rev. Richard Tulko O.S.M. concelebrating and entombment will be in Knollwood Mausoleum.

Mrs. Birr was born Nov. 6, 1916, at Manitowoc, daughter of the late Andrew and Anna Stryzewski Wilczak.

She was married to Alfred Birr, July 13, 1935, at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers.

Mrs. Birr was a member of senior citizens of Two Rivers, Mishicot and Maribel, rosary sodality of Sacred Heart Church. She was a long time employee of Eggers Plywood.

Survivors include her husband; a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Sandra Birr of Green Bay; a daughter, Sister Mary Deloria C.S.S.F. of Chicago; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Harry and Lorraine, Felix and Lucille and Joseph and Ruth Witczak all of Manitowoc; five sisters, Mrs. Harry (Emily) Zinkel) of Manitowoc, Mrs. Irwin (Frances) Roberts of Manitowoc, Mrs. Gertrude Vondruska of Two Rivers. Mrs. Irene Burton of Manitowoc and Mrs. Laverne (Harriet) Erickson of Milwaukee; a sister-in-law, Mary Molitor; two grandchildren, Lori and Christopher Birr.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Curly.

Friends may call at Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, after 4 p.m. Sunday. Memorial service 7:30 p.m.
