Janet M. Cisler, age 64, of 88 W. Albert Dr., Manitowoc, died Wednesday, March 21, 2001, at her residence. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 24, 2001, at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, with entombment at Knollwood Mausoleum, town of Kossuth.

She was born June 25, 1936, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Anton and Frances Haws Novak.

On August 6, 1955, she married Milton Cisler, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Janet was employed at Aitken Reed for 14 years, retiring in 2000.

Survivors include her husband, Milton, Manitowoc; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Julie Cisler, Manitowoc, Dave and Nicole Cisler, Howards Grove; five grandchildren; one sister and two brothers-in-law, Bette and Herman Holzer, Manitowoc, Wayne (Joyce) Cisler, rural Manitowoc; and four sisters-in-law, Calla (Richard) Spevacek, California, Karen (Dave) Hartman, Leah Simmons, and Rita Cisler, all of Manitowoc. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Allen Cisler.
