Mrs. Ruth A. Conrad, 44, 2216 Monroe St., New Holstein, died Wednesday morning, Feb. 3, 1988, at Theda Clark Regional Medical Center, Neenah.
The former Ruth Buchholz, was born November 17, 1943 in Fond du Lac, daughter of Hope (Ortleib) Buchholz of Kiel and the late Frederick Buchholz.
She graduated from Holy Rosary Catholic School in New Holstein and was a 1951 graduate of New Holstein High School. On April 27, 1968 she married Glenroy Conrad at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kiel.
She was employed at Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company for three years, and was employed at H.G. Weber Company in Kiel for four years before moving to Florida. For the past 10 years, the family loved in New Holstein. She was employed at Raether Chiropractic Clinic in New Holstein.
She was a member of the New Holstein Historical Society.
Survivors are her husband, of New Holstein; her mother of Kiel; a son, Matthew at home; and a sister, Mrs. Marlyn (Lynn) Knier of Kiel.
She was preceded in death by her father, and her maternal and paternal grandparents.
Funeral services were held Saturday at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel. The Rev. Thomas Leannah, pastor of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kiel, officiated. Interment was in Knollwood Mausoleum in Manitowoc.
