Edna H. Detjen Gehrke, age 90, a Manitowoc resident, died Wednesday morning, March 11, 1992, at Park Lawn Home, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 13, 1992, at St. John's United Church of Christ; entombment will follow in the Knollwood Mausoleum.
She was born Edna H. Borchardt, November 8, 1901, in New London, Wis., the daughter of the late Carl and Adeline (née Bohlman) Borchardt. She moved to Manitowoc as a young lady and was a member of the St. John's United Church of Christ.
She married Erich A. Detjen on June 2, 1923 at Readfield, Wis. and he preceded her in death April 10, 1968. She then married Herbert M. Gehrke May 23, 1970, at Dale, Wisconsin; he preceded her in death in 1972.
Survivors include a son, William R. Detjen of Brillion, Wisconsin.
She was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.
